Lexi the wonder horse is officially retired from real work. We will still be working and playing a bit, but she won't have to worry about the rigors of shows, clinics, or lessons. At almost 24, after so many years of service, she deserves her semi-pasture ornament status. Her new job: cookie monster!

Spring! is almost here and with it comes a new foal (I can't wait!!!) and CeCe's yearling year. She's all full of adolescent opinions right now. Joy. ;p LOL

Lexi is coming 24! We have added Adequan and Prevecox to her management and that seems to have helped. I think our days of clinics and horse shows are over, but I delighted that we are still able to enjoy several rides a week. She is possibly one of the most enjoyable horses I have ever had the pleasure to ride. :)

Opening for two boarders. After much consideration, we will be open for boarding and lessons again in May 2009. The year off was a nice break, but we will welcome the change of pace and new horse personalities. This barn is ideally suited for adult amatuer riders. We could also provide an excellent home for retirees and layups. If interested, drop me a line.
